Grace Manor is a lovely B&B. The house is from the 1890’s and beautifully restored. The rooms are interesting, clean and charmingly decorated. There are several nice common rooms and lots of porches to enjoy. There is a nice pool and the grounds are large and nicely landscaped.

Amazing, have been there multiple times. Brenda is the BEST Innkeeper ever! The rooms are beautiful, clean and timely....you feel like you are in a movie or a book when you walk into this house. LOVE spending time at Grace Manor.....

This place is incredibly awesome! My sisters and mom traveling to Michigan stopped here for the night! WOW...Loved every second! Beautiful house...Brenda is sooo sweet, and a fabulous cook! I would go out of my way to stay here again! Looking into it now actually! LOL

Also, the town of Greenville is tiny and has practically nothing to do or see. We chose this location because we were just passing through and it was good for a night. But you wouldn’t go there to stay for a long weekend. Monticello to the west or Madison to the east are both charming towns with B&Bs of their own. And each of those towns has walking tours of neighborhoods of old homes and other historic sites and activities.

The owner and hostess, Brenda, is friendly and welcoming and very concerned about her guests comfort. Brenda serves a large, hot breakfast and takes great pride in her food.

We just love it, this is our second time coming here! So much charm, and hospitality! Breakfasts are original and amazing! Can't wait to do a murder mystery weekend here! Miss Brenda is so warm and friendly, feels like we have know her forever ❤️

The biggest negatives have to do with location. The house is located right on a corner of highways 90 & 221. So there is a lot of through traffic. I didn’t find the traffic noise to be unpleasant inside, but then it was summer and the A/C was going strong. It might be noisy if you want to keep the windows open in cooler weather. Also, the porches are lovely but they look directly onto this busy intersection and across the street is an unattractive convenience store and gas station.

Great B&B, but Not Much Around

Since Greenville is so small, there is practically no place for dinner except for a burger at the Dairy Queen out at the I-10 highway exit. So Brenda serves an optional and delicious 4-course dinner for $25. Bring your own wine. Again, this is fine for one night. But you would have to drive a long way if you wanted any variety on a second night.
